Detailed Introduction:

The material enters the classifying chamber through the feeding system. Utilizing the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the rotor, the powder mixed in the gas-solid two-phase fluid is separated according to particle size. The coarse particles settle down under the influence of gravity and centrifugal force, while most of the particles are carried into the classifying chamber by the rising airflow. Particles that meet the size requirements pass through the gap between the forced classifying vanes due to the smaller centrifugal force and enter the collection system. The coarse particles in the raw powder material, due to the greater centrifugal force, are thrown towards the periphery of the cylinder by the rotor vanes and slide down along the cylinder wall. During the descent, they are impacted by the secondary airflow, which disperses any agglomerated fine powder in the coarse particles and blows them back to the classifying chamber. The coarse powder is discharged from the lower discharge valve under the action of gravity.
