Working Principle:
The SCWN-DF series fluidized bed jet mill utilizes high-pressure air to drive the material, forming a high-speed gas-powder mixture that collides with each other to achieve pulverization. The main unit does not have any moving parts or motor-driven transmission devices. The entire pulverization process does not involve traditional pressing or friction, and the material is pulverized by its own mutual collision force. The pulverization process is not related to the material of the equipment, making it suitable for pulverizing high-hardness, high-purity, and thermally sensitive materials.
Equipment Features:
Low Wear and High Purity: The pulverization is achieved through the collision of the material driven by airflow, without the involvement of any pulverizing media.
Ultra-fine and High Precision: Relying on the collision between materials for pulverization, it is suitable for ultra-hard and high-purity applications. The fineness of the finished product far exceeds that of mechanical pulverizers, typically achieving a minimum particle size of D50=0.2 microns. With the use of a high-precision vertical turbine classifier, a product with a narrower particle size distribution can be obtained.
Excellent Particle Morphology: By adjusting the air pressure during airflow pulverization, the purpose of maintaining and adjusting the particle morphology can be achieved. Especially for applications requiring spherical particles, the effect of the airflow pulverizer is better than other equipment.
Easy Operation and Maintenance: The equipment has low wear and requires minimal routine maintenance. Both loading and unloading are automated, reducing the workload and labor intensity for both regular maintenance and daily use.
