Detailed Introduction:

I. Working Principle:

The inert gas-protected ultrafine pulverization system employs inert gas as the pneumatic grinding medium to achieve ultrafine pulverization of materials. The system primarily consists of a compressor, gas storage tank, nitrogen generator, material bin, pulverizing main unit, cyclone separator, collector, automatic control cabinet, and other components.

Upon startup, the system continuously fills with inert gas to displace the air until the entire system reaches the oxygen content level set by the test. Then, the automatic feeding device is activated to uniformly introduce raw materials into the coarse crusher for initial breaking. After achieving the required particle size (passing through a sieve), the material is conveyed into the pulverizing chamber of the pulverizing main unit. Compressed inert gas is injected into the pulverizing chamber at high speed through specially configured supersonic nozzles. The material accelerates within the supersonic jet and undergoes repeated impacts and collisions at the intersection of the nozzles, achieving the pulverization effect. The pulverized material enters the classifying chamber with the ascending airflow. Fine particles that meet the requirements enter the classifying wheel and are collected by the cyclone separator and collector. Those that do not pass through the classifying wheel return to the pulverizing chamber for further impact and pulverization. The inert gas is recycled back to the compressor inlet for reuse. The entire system operates in a fully sealed state (both coarse crushing and ultrafine pulverization occur within a nitrogen atmosphere, ensuring the material remains unoxidized).

II. Features:

  1. Versatile Application: Depending on the properties of flammable and explosive materials, suitable gases can be selected as the pulverizing medium.

  2. Efficient Inert Gas Recycling: The consumption of inert gas is minimal due to its recycling.

  3. Precise Control of Inert Gas Purity: The error in inert gas purity can be controlled within 1PPM, and the oxygen content can be set arbitrarily.

  4. Low Wear and Tear: As the primary pulverizing action involves mutual impacts and collisions between material particles, it can be used for pulverizing materials with Mohs hardness above 7.

  5. Wide Range of Pulverizing Particle Sizes: The pulverizing particle size can be selected freely within the range of d97=2~74um.

  6. Advanced Automation: The system employs advanced touch screens and programmable PLC controllers, fully realizing automatic control.

Application Range: The equipment is suitable for pulverizing flammable, explosive, and easily oxidized materials.
