Working Principle:
The multi-stage serial Airflow Classifier operates based on centrifugal classification, differentiating particles by their size, shape, and density. It employs a completely dry process without water or washing, resulting in narrower particle size distribution and environmentally friendly, contamination-free micropowders. Key features include efficient classification, wear elimination technology, reliable sealing and leak-proof technology, large particle control, fine powder extraction, comprehensive and stable flow field design, constant gas-solid concentration ratio design, and technology to regulate the yield of specific grade products. With minimal wear, it can process ultrapure and ultra-narrow micropowders, avoiding the wear issues commonly found in horizontal classifiers. Under identical material conditions, the wear parts of this equipment have a service life over five times that of conventional classifiers. Its high classification accuracy stems from a stable and well-designed classification flow field coupled with special sealing measures, effectively preventing coarse particle leakage. The internal recirculation of the vertical turbine classifier ensures the desired product particle size. Operating under full negative pressure, it is dust-free and does not require a pit foundation, facilitating easy maintenance and repair. Optional online monitoring can be integrated based on user needs, enabling fully automated, unmanned production.
Equipment Features:
The multi-stage serial airflow classifier primarily consists of a feeding control system, classifier main unit (1-4 stages), high-efficiency cyclone collector, pulse bag filter, high-pressure induced draft fan, and electrical control system.
Feeding Control System: Comprising a star feeder or vibratory feeder integrated with a frequency converter controller and feed bin, it achieves continuous and uniform feed control by adjusting the output frequency/current of the feeder.
Classifier Main Unit: Encompasses a motor, classifying wheel, and cylinder. Effective classification is achieved by adjusting the speed of the classifying wheel in conjunction with a reasonable secondary air inlet.
Classifier Impeller: Adjustable via a frequency converter, it incorporates safeguards such as voltage loss protection, overcurrent protection, material level control, operational status monitoring, and alarm systems.
Cyclone Collector: The primary collection system for classified products. Dust-laden air enters, and due to centrifugal force, the powder slides down the wall, separating and purifying at the inner cone tail. Purified gas and trace micropowders exit through the cyclone center tube.
Pulse Bag Filter: Composed of a bag collection unit, pulse dust cleaning device, and pneumatic control system, utilizing high-quality, imported, surface-coated filter bags from our company.
