Based on the physical characteristics of ceramic colorants, various equipment is employed for crushing and classification to achieve optimal output ratio. Our company's specialized graded Impact Mill (effectively reducing energy consumption of production equipment) is capable of achieving satisfactory crushing results. For ceramic raw materials (such as feldspar, porcelain clay, bauxite, etc.) and ceramic colorants (like chrome green, orange, iron oxide red, etc.), a fluidized bed jet mill (featuring low crushing temperature, preventing the melting and adhesion of oily and sugary substances to the equipment at low temperatures) can be utilized for crushing and classification. Additionally, ceramic raw materials and ceramic colorants (glazes, frits, etc.) can be processed using air classification equipment.

Without the need for water or washing, the completely dry production process achieves better particle size distribution and pollution-free ultrafine powder in a single production cycle, with a single-grade yield rate exceeding 75%. The system incorporates comprehensive, stable, and uniform flow field control technology; a constant gas-solid concentration ratio design within the crushing chamber ensures stable long-term operation. Rational flow field design and special wear-resistant treatment for vulnerable parts significantly reduce equipment wear, prolonging its service life. High classification accuracy, precise cut size, lower required rotational speed, and long service life are also notable features.

     
  2. Excellent Particle Shape: Under fully fluidized conditions, exceptionally spherical particle shapes are achieved. Qualified ultrafine powder is immediately classified, preventing over-crushing. Precise Classification: The efficient and high-precision classifier establishes a complete and stable flow field, strictly regulating particle generation and achieving excellent particle size distribution within a narrow range.
