Specialized crushing and classification equipment for positive and negative materials of lithium-ion batteries is composed of three major product categories and over ten series. Based on the different types of positive and negative battery materials, production capacity requirements, and applications, customized equipment is manufactured. Application Fields: Positive and negative materials for battery powders, including typical materials such as Lithium Cobalt Oxide, Lithium Manganese Oxide, Lithium Iron Phosphate, Lithium Nickel Cobalt Oxide, Lithium Nickel Cobalt Manganese Oxide, Lithium Iron Phosphate, Manganese Dioxide, Lithium Carbonate, Cobalt Oxide, Ferrous Oxalate, Lithium Hydroxide, Graphite, Coke Powder, Carbon Microspheres, Bitumen, Lithium Titanate, Silicon, Silicon Suboxide, and Iron Phosphate.

Based on the physical properties of the positive and negative materials for battery powders, different equipment is used for crushing and classification to achieve a certain output ratio. Based on numerous successful cases with battery powder enterprises, our company recommends using our specialized battery powder mechanical ultra-fine grinding and classifying Impact Mill (effectively reducing the energy consumption of production equipment) to achieve the crushing effect. For specific materials like lithium-ion batteries and nickel-metal hydride batteries, fluidized bed jet mills can be used for crushing and classification. For high purity requirements and anti-oxidation, inert gas protection crushing and classifying machines can be used for closed production with oxygen isolation. Equipment Features:

  2. Narrow particle size distribution and high tap density of the finished product.
  3. Mechanical ultra-fine grinding machines have low over-grinding, with a finished product yield of up to 75%-95%.
  4. The interior of the equipment can be lined with wear-resistant materials, resulting in high purity finished products and low equipment wear.
  5. Air classifiers can be adjusted by frequency conversion, allowing for any adjustment between 0.5um-100um.
  6. Stable equipment operation, with no differences or changes after long-term continuous operation.
  7. Fully enclosed negative pressure operation, automated control, low noise, and no dust pollution.
