  1. Working Principle:

    After being chilled, filtered, and dried, the compressed air is propelled through nozzles into the crushing chamber, forming a supersonic airflow that fluidizes the material. The accelerated material converges at the intersection of multiple nozzle jets, resulting in intense collisions, friction, and shearing to achieve ultrafine particle size reduction. The crushed material is then transported by the ascending airflow to the impeller classification zone. Under the action of centrifugal force from the Classifier Wheel and the suction force of the fan, the coarse and fine powders are separated. The coarse powder returns to the crushing chamber for further crushing under its own gravity, while the qualified fine powder enters the cyclone collector with the airflow. Fine dust is collected by the bag filter, and the purified air is exhausted by the induced draft fan.

    Features:

    1. Low energy consumption, achieving up to 30% energy savings compared to traditional fluidized bed jet mills.

    2. Built-in self-dividing micro-powder classifier, resulting in concentrated particle size distribution and no oversized particles in the finished product.

    3. Compact equipment structure with a small footprint.

    4. No material retention or dead corners inside the crushing chamber, making it easy to dismantle, clean, sterilize, and change product varieties, meeting GMP requirements.

    5. Low-temperature crushing without media, especially suitable for materials with low ignition points, heat sensitivity, sugar content, and volatility.

    6. For flammable and explosive materials, inert gas can be used as a medium to achieve fully enclosed crushing. The inert gas is recycled with minimal loss.

    7. Wide range of crushing particle sizes, adjustable from 0.5 to 45um; various models available with production capacities ranging from 5 to 3000kg/h.

    8. Negative pressure production, no dust pollution, and excellent environmental conditions.

    9. High automation level, strong stability, and easy operation.
