The product features include: fully negative pressure design, high precision in crushing and grading, particle shaping, low energy consumption, and minimal wear. It can be widely applied to the batch production of crushing and grading of graphite (natural graphite, artificial graphite, spherical graphite, and flake graphite).

The divided Impact Mill has shaping capabilities, resulting in excellent particle morphology and spherical (potato-shaped) particles.
Narrow particle size distribution and high tapped density of the finished product.
Mechanical ultrafine grinding mill with low over-grinding and a finished product yield of up to 75%-95%.
Wear-resistant lining inside the equipment ensures high purity of the finished product and minimal wear on the equipment.
Pneumatic classifier with variable frequency adjustment, allowing for adjustments between 5um-100um.
Stable operation with no differences or changes after prolonged continuous operation.
