I. Key Features of the Unit
This unit is a highly efficient "three-in-one" ultrafine grinding system that integrates large and small air jet mills with impact mills. Specifically, it utilizes a single air source and auxiliary system to power three main machines through scientific and rational connections. This unit is the only specialized, optimized combination equipment both domestically and internationally for ultrafine grinding of various Chinese medicinal materials, pharmaceuticals, and food products, marking a domestic pioneering achievement.
The unit comprises:

II. Particle Size and Production Capacity of the Unit's Ultrafine Grinding
The output particle size is significantly influenced by the material's characteristics (such as tubers, herbs, essential oil or pectin content, dried extract blocks, heat-sensitive materials, etc.) and the choice of main machine.
Therefore, the unit is designed with an adjustable range of 20 to 2000 meshes. However, different materials require different main machines. For instance, aloe vera extract (dried blocks) can be processed using the impact mill. With an input particle size of less than 1mm after coarse grinding, the output particle size can range from 20 to 800 meshes, with a processing capacity of approximately 100-200 kg/h. Note that the production capacity varies accordingly with adjustments to the output particle size.
