This equipment features unique multi-force field pulverization, which provides high pulverization efficiency and great pulverization strength for soft and fibrous materials, effectively breaking the cell walls of materials such as Ganoderma lucidum.

With a reasonable cooling flow field, it prevents traditional Chinese medicinal materials from deteriorating due to local temperature rise, ensuring low pulverization temperature and preserving the natural properties and quality of medical and healthcare products.

The product is pollution-free, with a smooth inner shell surface that is easy to clean. It has a small footprint, low noise, and no vibration, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. The products processed by this series of equipment all meet the GMP standards for pharmaceuticals.

Working Principle:

The material enters the self-dividing classification zone through the feeding system for the first classification. Most of the coarse particles are separated, while the fine powder, carrying a small amount of coarse particles, is brought into the turbine classification zone by the rising airflow for secondary classification. The fine powder passes through the classification wheel and is collected in the collector, while the coarse particles are discharged from the classifier's discharge valve.
