Specialized grading equipment for the abrasive industry primarily consists of the SCLM series Raymond mill pulverizer and the SCWN-Q series jet mill classifier. It is adjustable according to JIS standards ranging from 1000# to 3000#. For cutting tough materials, the photovoltaic industry typically employs the SCLM+SCWN-F pulverizing and classifying system. For general abrasives, the SCLM+SCWN-F jet mill classifier is used. For functional ceramics, the SCWN-Q jet mill is adopted, featuring high classification precision, a finished product rate exceeding 75%, uniform particle size distribution, high precision, large production capacity, and minimal wear.

The customized silicon carbide grading machine, specifically designed for abrasive grinding, is based on the original SCWN jet mill and tailored to the unique physical properties and processing requirements of green and black silicon. For black silicon, the jet mill is utilized to avoid over-grinding and ensure high classification precision. For green silicon, our SCLM-400-2 and SCWN-F400-2 specialized pulverizing and classifying equipment are recommended.
