I. Working Principle:
The pneumatic mill system consists of an air compressor, an air storage tank, a chiller and dryer (including a filter), a pneumatic grinding main unit, a high-precision classifier, a cyclone collector, a pulse bag filter, a high-pressure induced fan, a control cabinet, loading and unloading systems, etc.
After being chilled, filtered, and dried, the compressed air is ejected into the grinding chamber through nozzles to form supersonic airflow, fluidizing the material. The accelerated material converges at the intersection of several nozzle jets, producing intense collisions, friction, and shearing to achieve ultrafine grinding of particles. The ground material is then transported by the ascending airflow to the impeller classification area. Under the action of the centrifugal force of the classifier and the suction force of the fan, coarse and fine powders are separated. The coarse powder returns to the grinding chamber for further grinding based on its gravity, while the qualified fine powder enters the cyclone collector with the airflow. Fine dust is collected by the bag filter, and the purified air is discharged by the induced fan.

III. Application Fields:
Widely used in industries such as chemicals, mining, abrasives, refractory materials, battery materials, metallurgy, building materials, pharmaceuticals, ceramics, food, pesticides, feed, new materials, and environmental protection for ultrafine grinding, dispersing, and particle shaping of various dry powder materials.
Hard Materials: Quartz sand, garnet, silicon carbide
The SCWN series can ultrafinely grind hard materials such as quartz sand and garnet with a Mohs hardness of 7 or above. Its characteristics of low-temperature grinding, high-purity operation, high machining smoothness, and easy cleaning make it ideal for fine grinding of these materials. Depending on the principle of pneumatic classification, 1-3 classifier heads can be equipped according to user needs, collecting 1 to 2 finished product segments at a time.
Abrasives, Refractory Materials, and Heat-Sensitive Materials:
The SCWN series operates under supersonic airflow to ultrafinely process hard materials with a Mohs hardness of seven or above. The application of fluidized bed grinding and vertical turbine classifiers minimizes equipment wear. The Classifier Wheel speed is adjustable, and grinding parameters can be optimized. Multiple classifiers can be combined to complete narrow-band classification of several particle size segments at once. Typical products include: metallurgical silicon, diamond, silicon carbide, corundum, alumina, boron carbide, tungsten carbide, special ceramics, etc.
