Detailed Introduction:
I. Working Principle:
During operation, the material is first fed into the material bin, where a uniform feeder sends it into the pulverizing chamber. Compressed air undergoes rapid expansion and acceleration through nozzles, creating supersonic jets that form a centripetal counter-jet flow field at the bottom of the pulverizing chamber. The material in the chamber is fluidized under the action of pressure differences. The accelerated material converges at the intersection of multiple nozzles, resulting in intense impacts, collisions, and shearing, thereby achieving pulverization. The pulverized material then rises with the airflow to the classification zone. In the flow field generated by the high-speed turbine, coarse particles are thrown towards the wall under centrifugal force and fall back into the pulverizing chamber along with the decelerated coarse powder for re-pulverization. Meanwhile, the fine powder meeting the fineness requirements passes through the classifier vane channel and is conveyed through the exhaust pipe to the cyclone separator for collection as the final product. A small amount of fine powder undergoes further gas-solid separation in the bag filter, and the purified air is exhausted by the induced draft fan.
