Detailed Introduction:
Working Principle:
(1) Feeding Control System: The feeding control system consists of a star feeder or vibrating feeder combined with a variable frequency controller and a feeding bin. It achieves continuous and uniform control of the feed rate by adjusting the output frequency/current of the feeder controller.
(2) Classifier Main Unit: The classifier main unit comprises a motor, Classifier Wheel, and a cylinder. It achieves effective classification of materials by adjusting the rotational speed of the classifier wheel and coordinating with a reasonable secondary air inlet.
(3) The classifier impeller is adjusted through a frequency converter, and protective measures such as loss of pressure protection, overcurrent protection, material level control, operation status monitoring, and alarm systems are designed.
(4) Cyclone Collector: This equipment serves as the primary collection system in the classification process. When the dust-laden airflow enters the cyclone collector, the powder slides down the cylinder wall due to centrifugal force and is separated and purified at the tail of the inner cone. The purified gas and a small amount of fine powder are discharged through the cyclone center tube.
(5) Pulse Bag Filter: This equipment consists of a bag collection unit, pulse dust cleaning device, and pneumatic control device. The collection system, composed of our company's imported high-grade membrane filter bags and Venturi tubes, can achieve online and offline dust cleaning modes.
