The compressed air is ejected at high speed through special supersonic nozzles into the milling chamber, carrying the material and causing it to move at high speeds. This results in intense collisions, friction, and shearing between the material particles, achieving the purpose of milling. The milled material then rises into the classifying chamber, where particles meeting the required particle size pass through a forced impeller classifier, while those not meeting the size requirements are returned to the milling chamber for further milling. The entire production process operates continuously in a fully enclosed system, eliminating dust pollution, and the air is purified through dust removal and filtration.
