Working Principle:

The airflow quadruple classifier achieves centrifugal classification based on differences in particle size, shape, and density. It is a completely dry method that does not require water or washing, resulting in narrower particle size distribution and uncontaminated micropowders. It incorporates technologies such as high-efficiency classification, wear elimination, reliable sealing without leakage, large particle control, fine powder extraction, comprehensive and stable flow field design, constant gas-solid concentration ratio design, and technology to regulate the yield of a specific product grade.
