Application Fields:

① Chinese Herbal Medicines: Typical materials include precious Chinese herbal medicines such as American ginseng, ginseng, lingzhi (ganoderma lucidum), pearls, as well as pollen, hawthorn, shiitake mushrooms, pearl powder, gallnut, white poria cocos, pseudoginseng, angelica dahurica, honeysuckle, Cordyceps sinensis, saffron, cuttlebone, corydalis, and radix isatidis.

② Western Medicines: Typical materials include stomach medications, nimodipine, antibiotics, and contrast agents.

Selection of Pharmaceutical Grinding Equipment:

Based on the physical properties of pharmaceuticals, two types of equipment are used for grinding. For sugar- and oil-containing Chinese herbal medicines, a fluidized bed jet mill (with low grinding temperature, ensuring that oil and sugar do not melt and adhere to the equipment at low temperatures) is used for grinding.

Uses bag-type dust removal, with a collection rate of over 99%, effectively reducing the loss of raw materials.
