The pharmaceutical-specific jet mill grinder has the following characteristics compared to other grinders:

It achieves finer particle size compared to ordinary mechanical grinding. With an internal high-efficiency turbine classifier, it has a narrow particle size distribution, high classification accuracy, and no large particles. The product particle size can be adjusted freely between 100-2000 mesh.
It adopts an air-cooled design, ensuring a large airflow volume during system operation and a grinding temperature less than 45°C. This makes it suitable for processing materials with high oil content and adhesive properties, while preserving the natural properties and quality of the materials.
With a unique flow field design and constant gas-solid concentration control, the material stays in the chamber for a short time, avoiding adhesion to the inner walls of the chamber.
The design of this series of equipment fully complies with GMP standards for pharmaceutical products.
The crushing hammers and liner plates are made of special materials and processes, ensuring long service life.
The dust collector's filter area is increased, using hydrophobic and oleophobic coated filter bags with electrostatic protection, effectively preventing dust adhesion.
