The bean-specific graded Impact Mill is an ultrafine grinding equipment developed by our company specifically for materials with high oil content and strong adhesion. This equipment utilizes the violent impact between the hammer/blade/rod on the high-speed rotating rotor and the material, while also receiving impact/abrasion shearing at the gap between the impact hammer and the liner, achieving ultrafine grinding of the material.

It can grind finer particles than ordinary mechanical mills. With a built-in high-efficiency turbine classifier, it boasts narrow particle size distribution, high classification accuracy, and no large particles. The product particle size can be adjusted freely between 100-2000 mesh.

It adopts an air-cooled design with a large airflow volume, ensuring that the grinding temperature is less than 40℃. This makes it suitable for processing materials with high oil content and strong adhesion, while preserving the natural properties of bean products.

With unique flow field design and constant gas-solid concentration control, the material stays in the chamber for a short time, avoiding adhesion to the inner walls of the chamber.
