I. Introduction

Our company's Impact Mill is capable of ultra-fine grinding and processing of various soft and hard raw materials with Mohs hardness below 5, suitable for processing herbal medicines such as stems, roots, and leaves. The machine consists of a feeding system, a high-precision turbine classifier (replacing traditional screens with stepless speed regulation), cyclone collection, dust collector, high-pressure fan, electrical control system, and other components. The equipment features low energy consumption, high output, and high fineness, producing less noise compared to Raymond mills. Compared to other grinders, it boasts lower energy consumption, convenient maintenance, and its core components are made of high-quality alloy materials, suitable for ultra-fine processing of Chinese herbal medicines (stems, roots, and leaves).

II. Features

It achieves finer particle size compared to ordinary mechanical grinding, equipped with an internal high-efficiency turbine classifier. The particle size distribution is narrow, the classification accuracy is high, and there are no large particles. The product particle size can be adjusted freely between 100-2000 mesh.
Adopting an air-cooled design, the system operates with a large airflow volume, and the grinding temperature is less than 45°C, suitable for processing materials with high oil content and adhesive properties, while ensuring the natural properties and quality of the materials.
Unique flow field design and constant gas-solid concentration control ensure that the material stays in the chamber for a short time, avoiding adhesion to the inner walls of the chamber.
The design of this series of equipment fully complies with GMP standards for pharmaceutical products.
The crushing hammers and liner plates are made of special materials and processes, ensuring long service life.
Increasing the filter area of the dust collector, using hydrophobic and oleophobic coated filter bags and electrostatic protection effectively prevents dust adhesion.
The entire machine operates under full negative pressure, achieving automatic slag discharge without dust pollution.
