Working Principle:
After the material enters the classifier through the feed inlet of the feeding mechanism, it is evenly distributed by the distribution disk on the vertical Classifier Wheel and thrown into the retaining ring, falling into the classification zone. The classification air enters the spiral-shaped air chamber and flows into the classifier wheel in a centripetal direction through the guide disk blades. Fine powder meeting the particle size requirements is separated by gravity in the classification zone. The fine powder flows at high speed together with the classification air and enters the fine powder collection system, where it is separated from the classification air. Coarse powder falls into the lower part of the classifier and is discharged by the pneumatically sealed electric discharge valve.
Features:
(1) Wide Classification Range: This machine can classify any organic and inorganic materials, with a classification particle size of d97=3～74um. It can classify spherical, thin-sheet, and fibrous particles; it can also separate materials with large differences in specific gravity.
(2) High Classification Accuracy: A complete and stable classification flow field and reliable sealing allow for precise classification of materials with d97/d75/d25=1.1～1.5.
(3) High Classification Efficiency: The intense vortex field and the fine powder extraction device allow for efficient classification of fine powder, with a Newton efficiency of 70～95.
(4) A high-speed and complete external classification flow field greatly eliminates wear on the classification equipment. Paired with a strong dispersion device, it can effectively disperse and classify agglomerated powders.
(5) Flammable, explosive, and easily oxidized materials can be classified in a closed loop using inert gas as the medium. The inert gas can be recycled. Multi-stage classification in series: 1 to 5 stages of airflow classifiers can be configured in series to divide materials into several particle size ranges to produce products with narrow particle size distributions.
(6) Fully enclosed operation under negative pressure, with no dust pollution.
