Airflow Classifier mainly consists of a feeding control system, a classifier host (1-4 units), an efficient cyclone collector, a pulse bag filter, a high-pressure induced draft fan, and an electrical control system.
(1) Feeding control system: The feeding control system consists of a star shaped feeding machine or a vibrating feeding machine combined with a collection variable frequency controller, a feeding bin, etc. By adjusting the output frequency/current of the feeding machine, continuous and uniform control of the feeding is achieved.
(2) Classifier host: The classifier host is mainly composed of a motor, a grading wheel, a cylinder, etc. The effective classification of materials is achieved by adjusting the speed of the grading wheel and cooperating with a reasonable secondary air intake.
(3) The impeller of the classifier is adjusted through a frequency converter, and protective measures such as voltage loss protection, overcurrent protection, material level control, operation status monitoring, and alarm system are designed.
(4) Cyclone collector: This equipment is a primary collection system in graded products. After the dusty airflow enters the cyclone collector, due to the centrifugal force, the powder slides down the cylinder wall and is separated and purified at the tail of the inner cone. The purified gas and a small amount of micro powder are discharged through the cyclone central tube.
(5) Pulse bag filter: This equipment consists of a bag collection device, a pulse dust cleaning device, and a pneumatic control device. The collection system is made of our company's imported advanced peritoneal filter bags.
