The Nano Steam Mill utilizes superheated steam that is accelerated through a coaxial nozzle to collide and pulverize particles. The pulverized material then undergoes classification in a classifier, with qualified powder entering the subsequent collection system for gathering, while unqualified material is returned to the mill for further pulverization. The entire system maintains the steam in a superheated state, and the production process is conducted under a fully dry method.
2.1 Efficient Utilization of Steam: It can fully utilize the steam generated by existing waste heat or the backpressure steam after low-temperature power generation as the power source, effectively reducing the cost of powder processing. If the existing steam is vented without practical application, adopting a steam-driven mill will reduce the cost of powder processing to only 1/5-1/8 of that of a jet mill. This energy-saving advantage is particularly significant in areas where low-grade energy is used instead of high-grade energy.
2.2 Comparison of Pulverization Intensity: The conventional jet mill has a design linear speed ranging from 400m/s to 600m/s, while the pulverization intensity of the steam kinetic mill can reach 1000m/s.
2.3 Efficient Utilization of Waste Heat: It complies with the country's current policy of vigorously promoting energy conservation and emission reduction, and is easy to obtain government support for scientific and technological funds and national scientific and technological awards.
2.4 Low Equipment Wear: The steam-driven mill pulverizes materials through collisions between particles, resulting in minimal equipment wear. Even if large foreign objects (such as bolts, iron blocks, etc.) enter the equipment, they will not cause damage to the equipment. This results in low maintenance rates, minimal wearing parts, and low equipment maintenance costs.
2.5 Wide Range of Particle Sizes: It can process both ultra-fine powders of 10um and ultra-micro powders of 1~2um based on specific requirements.
