The main components of Qitong Superfine's ferrophosphorus powder include elements such as Fe, P, Si, S, Mn, and C. It is a dark gray irregular powder, characterized by being non-toxic, odorless, and tasteless. The ferrophosphorus powder product is a superfine material processed by grinding using high-pressure air flow as the crushing medium, and the product particle size and mesh can be customized according to customer requirements.

Product advantages:
 
(1) It has good electrical and thermal conductivity, unique anti-rust, wear resistance, salt spray resistance, and strong adhesion. It can replace zinc powder with low cost and high efficiency. It can improve the properties of the coating and the welding characteristics of heavy-duty anti-corrosion zinc-rich coatings, reduce zinc mist generated during welding and cutting of zinc-rich coatings, increase the density of the paint film, improve the working environment, and enhance labor protection, making it highly welcomed by the paint industry and user units.

  • Iron (Fe) content: Typically between 70-75%.

  • Impurity content: Impurities such as Silicon (Si), Manganese (Mn), and Sulfur (S) need to be controlled at low levels, usually requiring: Silicon (Si) ≤ 1.5%, Manganese (Mn) ≤ 0.5%, Sulfur (S) ≤ 0.05%, Carbon (C) ≤ 0.1%.

  • Particle size requirement: Typically between 0.1mm to 3mm, depending on the application.

  • Particle size distribution: Should be uniform, avoiding excessively large or small particles that could affect performance.

Density Requirement:

  • Typically between 5.8-6.5 g/cm³, with high density aiding in rapid sinking and uniform distribution during steelmaking.

Melting Point Requirement:

  • Typically between 1100-1200°C, needing to be lower than the molten steel temperature to ensure quick melting and effectiveness.

Moisture Content Requirement:

  • Typically ≤ 0.5%, as excessive moisture can affect the steelmaking process.

Appearance Requirement:

  • Should be a uniform gray-black powder, free from clumps and foreign matter.

Other Requirements:

  • Flowability: Should be good to facilitate transportation and addition.

  • Storage Stability: Should remain stable during storage and transportation, resistant to oxidation or deterioration. These indicators ensure that ferrophosphorus powder performs optimally in metallurgical processes, with specific standards potentially varying by manufacturer and application.、
