Working Principle:
After the compressed air undergoes freezing, filtering, and drying, it is propelled through nozzles to form supersonic air jets that shoot into the grinding chamber. This fluidizes the material, and the accelerated material converges at the intersection points of several nozzle jets, generating intense collisions, frictions, and shears to achieve ultrafine grinding of particles. The ground material is then transported by the ascending airflow to the impeller classification area. Under the centrifugal force of the Classifier Wheel and the suction force of the fan, the separation of coarse and fine powders is achieved. The coarse powder returns to the grinding chamber for further grinding due to its own gravity, while the qualified fine powder enters the cyclone collector with the airflow. The ultrafine dust is collected by the bag filter, and the purified air is exhausted by the induced fan.
