Equipment Selection:

Based on the physical properties of ceramic pigments, different equipment is used for crushing and classification to achieve the desired output ratio. Our specialized graded Impact Mill, which effectively reduces the energy consumption of production equipment, can achieve the desired crushing effect. For ceramic raw materials (feldspar, porcelain clay, bauxite, etc.) and ceramic pigments (chrome green, orange yellow, iron red, etc.), a fluidized bed jet mill (with low crushing temperature, where oily and sugary substances do not melt and adhere to the equipment) can be used for crushing and classification. For ceramic raw materials (feldspar, porcelain clay, bauxite, etc.) and ceramic pigments (glazes, frits, etc.), air classification equipment can be adopted.

Equipment Features:

1. Avoids impurities from mixing into the material, ensuring the high quality of the product. It does not require water or water washing, and is a completely dry production process. It can obtain a better particle size distribution and pollution-free micropowder material in one production cycle, with a single-order yield rate of over 75%. Complete, stable, and uniform flow field control technology; constant gas-solid concentration ratio design technology in the crushing chamber ensures stable long-term operation of the system. Reasonable flow field design and special wear-resistant treatment for easily worn parts greatly reduce equipment wear, extend service life, achieve high classification accuracy, more accurate cutting particle size, lower required speed, and long service life.

2. The fully fluidized state can achieve excellent spherical particle shapes; qualified micropowder is immediately classified out, avoiding over-crushing. Our unique variable frequency feeding system helps disperse the material, ensuring continuous, uniform, and stable feeding of the equipment, which is conducive to product particle size control.

The complete and stable flow field established by the high-efficiency and high-precision classifier can strictly limit particle generation, achieving excellent particle size distribution and a narrow particle size range.
