I. Working Principle:

The graded Impact Mill utilizes the hammerheads, blades, and rods on the high-speed rotating rotor to impact the material to be crushed. Through the intense impact between the material and the rotor, the high-speed collision between the rapidly flying material particles, and the shearing and grinding between the rotor and the stator or the sidewalls, the purpose of ultrafine crushing of the material is achieved.

II. Features:

It is suitable for the ultrafine crushing process of soft materials with Mohs hardness below 5.
It can achieve a finer particle size range compared to ordinary mechanical mills. The high-speed mechanical impact mill equipped with an efficient turbine classifier allows the qualified fine powder to be discharged immediately after crushing, avoiding over-grinding. It can produce products with a steep particle size distribution curve, adjustable within the range of D97 = 10 to 74um.
The crushing chamber is equipped with an automatic slagging device, which can automatically remove the hard-to-grind particles and impurities in the material.
It has the function of dispersing and breaking up agglomerated materials.
The large flow of air means cooling during grinding, which can be used for processing heat-sensitive materials without deposition issues.
It operates under fully enclosed negative pressure, ensuring no dust pollution.
