Working Principle

The O-Sepa operates by introducing the powder material through a feed pipe into the separator. The material is dispersed by a spreading plate and directed into the tangential duct, where it mixes with secondary air to form a separation airflow. Inside the separation zone, a horizontal vortex is created by the cage-type rotary regulating vanes and horizontal classifying plates.

Fine Powder Separation: Fine particles are expelled and collected, while coarse particles are directed downwards by the guide vanes. These coarse particles undergo further washing with tertiary air before being discharged from the bottom of the separator.
Adjustable Classification: The classification precision is achieved through multiple stages of separation, ensuring a narrow particle size distribution.
