Working Principle of SCWN-Q Series Airflow Pulverizer
System Composition:
The airflow pulverizer system consists of an air compressor, an air storage tank, a refrigeration dryer (including a filter), an airflow pulverizer main unit, a high-precision classifier, a cyclone collector, a pulse bag filter, a high-pressure induced fan, a control cabinet, loading and unloading systems, and more.
Working Principle:
After being cooled, filtered, and dried, the compressed air is sprayed into the pulverizing chamber through nozzles to form supersonic airflow, fluidizing the material. The accelerated material converges at the intersection of several nozzle jets, resulting in intense collisions, frictions, and shears to achieve ultrafine pulverization of the particles. The pulverized material is then conveyed by the rising airflow to the impeller classification zone. Under the combined effect of centrifugal force from the classifier and the suction force from the fan, coarse and fine powders are separated. The coarse powder returns to the pulverizing chamber for further pulverization due to its own gravity. The qualified fine powder enters the cyclone collector with the airflow, while the ultrafine dust is collected by the bag filter. The purified gas is discharged by the induced fan.
